Breakfast Smoothie # 2 (gf, v)

  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup chia seed gel (optional)
  1. Place all items in a blender, ice cubes at the bottom, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a glass and drink. 
Makes 2 breakfast smoothies.
