- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup chia seed gel (optional)
- Place all items in a blender, ice cubes at the bottom, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drink.
Makes 2 breakfast smoothies.
