Breakfast Smoothie # 3



  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup chai seed gel (optional)
  1. Place all items in a blender, ice cubes at the bottom, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a glass and drink. 
Makes 2 breakfast smoothies.
